Helka Estates ("we", "us") operates the Helka Estates website and mobile applications (the "Service"), which connect investors with vetted Israeli real-estate developers. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights. Helka Estates is a lead-generation marketplace, not a financial platform — no funds ever pass through the Service.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: your email address (used to sign in via a secure magic link).
- Investor profile: full name, contact email, phone number, country and city of residence, nationality, investor type, occupation, investment capacity, timeline and goal. You provide this to qualify as an investor.
- Activity data: projects you save, and the contact requests you send.
- Technical data: standard log and device information needed to operate and secure the Service.
Developers additionally provide company and project information.
2. How we use your data
- To authenticate you and operate your account.
- To qualify you as an investor and, when you request to be contacted about a project, to share your profile with that project's developer so they can reach out to you.
- To improve and secure the Service.
3. When we share your data
We share your investor profile with a developer only when you explicitly request contact about one of their projects. We do not sell your personal data. We use trusted processors to run the Service:
- Supabase — database, authentication and storage.
- Vercel — application hosting.
- Resend — transactional email.
4. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion at any time (see contact below).
5. Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent, by contacting us. Depending on your location (e.g. EU/GDPR), you may have additional rights.
6. Security
Access to your data is protected by row-level security and server-side authorization. Sensitive operations are verified on our servers.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date will change accordingly.
